I'm giving this dealership and salesman, Trevin, every bit of 5 stars. I wasn't able to buy a new Telluride like I wanted, unfortunately. However, he and all the others at Sterling Kia in Lafayette, La. bent over backwards to help me out and show me dozens of new Tellurides in several of the different trims! They were extremely patient and took their time to explain everything I needed to know about the car I purchased. (Which was my first). In particular, my sales consultant, Dan Leblanc, took his time to explain all of the features of my new car, along with setting everything up for me. He really helped ease my nerves of purchasing and driving the car!

The employees are all friendly and helpful. The showroom is beautiful and clean. Restrooms are clean and accommodating. I went to a different dealership that only had 2 one room gender neutral restrooms. Not convenient at all! When I got to Sterling Kia I said, "They care about the comfort of their guests and customers!" They also always have coffee ready for guests to drink. Sales rep Jalen was very responsive and took time with my teenage son to make him feel comfortable and informed when shopping for a new car. Tech man Joel was wonderful as well explaining every little button and patiently answered all of our questions after purchase. Also Michael Boudreaux (not sure of title but the guy in charge of the closing paperwork) was personable and efficient. Had a little confusion when we first got to the dealership to make the purchase but the team worked hard to make sure we left happy.
The CRM was not very satisfying to me at first sight. I hope I get better results in the future.

When I got my Kia it was awesome, but I only had it for 6 months and then the motor quit working. There is a recall on KIA motors so I got it towed to the dealership service department, that was 3 months ago. So I have been keeping up with my payments and still don't get to enjoy it. The service department manager keeps telling that it would be end of this week or beginning of next week. So what weeks is he going to tell that he got the diagnosed and working on it. Very disappointed customer
Be prepared for a last minute price increase of $1000 or more The msrp means nothing. There is no transparency on the sale prices until the final paper work.
I have recently bought 2 vehicles from Nicholas Lyons at the South City Parkway Location. Nicholas is very profesional and knows how to take care of customers, this is why I returned and bought the second vehicle. I would highly recommend this lot and this salesman. these people have a knack for Lying. BEWARE! They all stick together. If one person says it the other agrees. Do not trust these people. Why do you have to lie to sell a car? Crazy experience. Just makes me distrust all car dealers

I got an email from Sterling Kia about the VIP vehicle exchange program that means I can trade my optima with no money down and my notes willstay the same or lower when I got their the next morning it was a lot of runningaround and lies that's falseadvertisements about the VIP vehicle exchange program they need to be stop shop around first before going to them.
I bought my first car from here yesterday May 26, 2015. It was a new Kia Sportage lx. I felt like I received a good price. My sales rep was Heather J. She was professional and respectful.
